Symptoms

On : 11.1.1.6.0 version, Content Server

Extension of WebCenter domain to include UCM results in inability to start any managed server.

After initial creation and testing of a WebCenter Portal domain is complete the domain is extended for WebCenter Content.
The extension was performed by selecting only "Oracle Universal Content Management -Content server".

After this all managed servers fail to start.
