Working in WebCenter Portal 11.1.1.6.x, the Activity Stream in a Group Space does not show actions related to adding and editing rows to lists, or editing a list name but the following table indicates, that this action is tracked :-

Is there any way to get list rows tracked?

Test case is as follows :-

1. Login to webcenter
2. Create a new space
3. Manage All Settings and allow Activity Stream and Lists seeded pages to be displayed.
4. Create a list
5. Edit a list
6. Add a row to a list
7. Edit a list row
8. Check the Activity Stream Page to see what activities are tracked.
