The Managed Attachments Link isn't Listed under Administration (Doc ID 1500580.1)

In Webcenter Content, WCC 11.1.1.6, a new feature was added when configuring for Managed Attachment integration.

Under the WCC Administration is a Managed Attachments link which brings up the AF_GET_CONFIG page.

In that page, the Managed Attachment parameters can be configured instead of having to manually edit configuration files.

However that link is not being listed after the AppAdapterCore and AppAdapterEBS components are enabled.
