Symptoms
Post failover or migration of UCM cluster nodes to different servers, the Admin Server can only start its own Content Server cluster node and fails to contact the other cluster node member's Admin Servers and instead for all remote nodes, throws the error below:
Error: Server 'prodcms_admin' reported the following error: Unable to retrieve root IdcAdmin page. A loop was detected in the configuration on node 'prodcms_admin-1'.
It is expected that the Admin Server will function post failover or migration to different servers.
Changes
The UCM cluster nodes were failed-over or migrated to different servers.
