Dragging a folder from the local file system into a Framework Folders folder in DIS generates errors:

Situation 1:

1. Create a new folder with the Prompt for Metadata option enabled, or use one already created that has the Prompt for Metadata option enabled.
 
2. From your local file system, drag a folder containing at least one file into this new folder through DIS.

3. The user receives an error stating:
