Unable to Call Folders_g Services over Web Services (Doc ID 1501729.1)

I am unable to call any of the Folders_g service calls over web services.  For example, if I call the "COLLECTION_GET_INFO" service I get an abort. If I call it with an invalid collection, I receive an error saying it cannot open the collection, which is the error I would expect. However, if I call it with a valid collection I receive a Java exception.  Here is the error I am receiving.
