Symptoms
Post Windows Cluster Quorum SAN drive multiple failovers between the Windows Cluster nodes, the Site Studio website could not be accessed and instead users got the error "Incompatible magic value -513319796 in class file sitestudio/SSLink".
Upon UCM startup from command prompt, it too threw repeated exceptions for "Incompatible magic value -513319796 in class file sitestudio/SSLink".
Note that the issue is not specific to any class file, it can the thrown for other class files as well.
