502 Errors using OHS Reverse Proxy and mod_wl_ohs over SSL (Doc ID 1502148.1)

Symptoms

502 errors are seen at the reverse proxy level leading to images or sections of the web page not loading.

The request is flow is:
Browser -https:443-> Load Balancer -http:80-> OHS1(Reverse Proxy) -http:7778-> OHS2(via mod_wl_ohs)-https:7002-> WLS(managed server)
The port numbers may be different in your environment.

There are no errors in the logs on OHS2.
502 errors exist on the Reverse Proxy OHS1.

ORACLE_INSTANCE/diagnosticslogs/OHS/component_name/ohs1.log
