Exchange Mailbox Database Lookup Recon Does Not Return Any Database (Doc ID 1502730.1)

Symptoms

Installed OIM 11.1.2, Active Directory and Exchange Connector 11.1.1.5; .NET Connector Server 11.1.1.5 installed on a Windows computer in same domain.
Able to run Distribution Group Lookup Recon and Lookup.Exchange.DistributionGroups gets populated with distribution groups. Running Mailbox Database Lookup Recon however, returns no information on mailbox databases configured on Exchange Server. Using Exchange Management Shell directly as the same user, returns the correct information for both distribution groups and mailbox database. Because of this error, can not reconcile users from nor provision users to Exchange Server.
