Symptoms

On : 10.1.3.5.0 version, Content Server

When users try to login into Content Server they receive the message the following error message:-


ERROR
-----------------------
"Access denied to UCM server managed resource". Error receiving response from primary server
or user authentication check. (Unable to check credentials of user. csLdapNoConnectionsAvailableMsg ).


STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Error on Login
