Login Slow with LibOVD and Active Directory (Doc ID 1503700.1)

Symptoms

There was a loadtest perfomed on Spaces login. All of these tests were performed over the course of 45 minutes and the average log in time was 16.7 seconds (longest 39 seconds after server restart).
After server restart login and initial test, the login performance reduced to 14 seconds on average.
