Seperate_frame=true
Issue:
When starting an Oracle forms application it could occur that only a white screen is shown.
The problem occurs intermittently at a windows 7 client.
The issue is not related to multi core cpu's.
When separate_frame is equal to false, the issue still occurs but only the hang or white screen occurs in lower frequency.
