Received "Error in evaluation;Error in configuration." on a publishing target environment (Doc ID 1504572.1)

Symptoms

Realtime publishing finished successfully, however, on the target system in Advanced UI the search of the published asset type is showing an error: "Error in evaluation;Error in configuration."

In log on the target system, the following error is logged for the published asset type:
[CS][ERROR] Exception reading file /Shared/elements/SQL/OpenMarket/Xcelerate/AssetType/{asset type}/SelectSummary_NoCat,0.sql
java.lang.Exception: File not found
