OEG To OES Authorization Inserting "Vordel Principal: " Before Username (Doc ID 1504680.1)

Symptoms

While trying to delegate authorization to Oracle Entitlement Server (OES) from Oracle Enterprise Gateway (OEG) using the steps
in

http://www.oracle.com/technetwork/middleware/id-mgmt/downloads/oes11g-integration-guide-1520074.pdf

and after creating the policy in OEG 11.1.1.6.0, the authentication fails on the 11g Authorization filter.

A test client that performs the same lookup was used.

Comparing the two, you will see that the SSM is being passed as subject "Vordel Principal: <USERNAME> and fails; whereas the test client passes the subject "<USERNAME>" and succeeds.
