Documents Checked Into Webcenter Content Are Periodically Stuck In The Post-converted Queue

Some content items get stuck in the post converted queue after successful conversion by IBR. After a Content Server restart, documents will convert correctly in the refinery for what seems to be a random amount of time (usually 20-30 min), after which any new documents that are checked in will be stuck in the GenWWW/post-converted queue again. If the Agents Force Status Update button is selected, the content will be released.
