How to generate manifest file with VC++ 2010 (Doc ID 1505130.1)

Oracle Tuxedo - Version 11.1.1.2.0 to 12.1.1 [Release 11g to 12c]
Microsoft Windows x64 (64-bit)

Goal

When using VS2005 or VS2008, manifest file is generated automatically.

For example,

buildclient -f simpc.c -o simpcl.exe
2011/07/29  23:19             2,095 simpcl.c
2012/11/12  16:51             6,656 simpcl.exe
2012/11/12  16:51               616 simpcl.exe.manifest
2012/11/12  16:51             2,286 simpcl.obj

 

However, for Tuxedo11gR1PS1 with VS2010 or Tuxed12cR1, the manifest file will not be generated.
