AD Users With Credentials Mapped To Admin And Sysmanager Cannot Open Admin Server Page

Symptoms
Using WebCenter Content 11.1.1.6, which is integrated with Active Directory.
A credential map has been created in WebCenter Content, that grants the admin and sysmanager roles to specific users.
When a member with the admin or sysmanager role logs in to WebCenter Content, the "Admin Server" link appears in the Administration menu, however, when the user clicks on the Admin Server link, the following error is raised:
