Symptoms
When attempting to run Java SE 7.0 Update 07 under the standard WebLogic 12c domain with one managed server,
the following error occurs.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. install WebLogic 12c
2. place domain in production mode
3. start managed server
