Symptoms
When attempting to start the ComponentWizard, BatchLoader, RepositoryManager, ComponentTool, Archiver, SystemProperties, UserAdmin or WorkflowAdmin from the /ucm/cs/bin directory from the command line, the following error is thrown:
<Middleware_home>/Oracle_ECM1/ucm/idc/^M/shared/os//bin/Launcher: not found.
Note that:
- the Launcher executable is not present in <Middleware_home>/Oracle_ECM1/ucm/idc/^M/shared/os//bin/Launcher but is available in /Oracle_ECM1/ucm/idc/native//bin/Launcher
- the path displays a ^M character
