Cannot Login To Management Content Server Via A Load Balancer (Doc ID 1506388.1)

We cannot login to WebCenter Sites through the loadbalancer, but we can login when accessing the appserver directly.

When logging in through loadbalancer, a blank page is displayed (though there is some html in the page source).
