Goal

Oracle Java SE may be installed by a customer separate from an Oracle Fusion Middleware (or WebLogic Server) installation -- or -- Oracle Java SE distribution may be installed by an Oracle Fusion Middleware (or WebLogic Server) installation itself.  Either way, there is an integration point and it is often asked, "where to download the latest Oracle Java SE licensed and certified with Oracle Fusion Middleware products".  This applies to new installations or maintaining current installations.
