When Trying to Access the WCC UI, "Content Server Request Failed. Unable To Retrieve Content" Error is Given (Doc ID 1507704.1)

Symptoms

External or internal contribution UI cannot be accessed anymore.

When trying to login the following error is reported :

Content Server Request Failed. Unable to retrieve content. Security access denied.
And
Content Server Request Failed. Unable to retrieve content. Unable to open Folder.

 

The UCM server logs are full of following errors :
