 Step 1. Consult the Network and/or System administrator in order to verify the Proxy settings.
 Step 2. Consult the Java Networking Properties guide.
 Step 3a. Configure the Proxy settings for ODI 12c standalone Agent
 Step 3b. Configure the Proxy settings for ODI 12c J2EE Agent
 Step 3c. Configure the Proxy settings for ODI 11g and ODI 12c Studio
 Configure the Proxy by adding the -Dhttp.XXX / -Dhttps.XXX system properties to the "odi.conf" file.
 Configure the Proxy by invoking the ODI Studio menu "Tools" > "Preferences" > "Web Browser and Proxy".
 Step 3d. Configure the Proxy settings for ODI 11g standalone Agent, and/or ODI 10g
 Step 4. Apply ODI Patch 23531070 - ODI 12C ODIINVOKEWEBSERVICE TOOL THROUGH PROXY
