Symptoms
When attempting to start all WebCenter servers the internal application: "analytics-collector" is down and fails to start. (Application Defined MBeans >oracle.webcenter.analytics >Server: WC_Utilities >Application: analytics-collector)
The WC_Utilities_diagnostic.log file shows the exception below:
Caused By: java.sql.SQLException: [FMWGEN][SQLServer JDBC Driver][SQLServer]Partition
function can only be created in Enterprise edition of SQL Server. Only Enterprise
edition of SQL Server supports partitioning.
