Duration Of Calendar ICS Attachment For 'All Day Events' Of Team Spaces Event Always Shows One Day Only (Doc ID 1508123.1)

Symptoms

In WebCenter Spaces create a 'Team Site' Space and create an event for multiple days selecting the check box 'All Day Event'. In the example below, "Event1" is an all day event starting on November 9th and ending on November 11th:

 

Edit the event and click 'Send Email' link. This will send the event as a calendar attachment in ICS format to "All Spaces Members" or to the email address specified in the "To" field.  The ICS attachment received via email shows the correct start date but the end date is always the next day regardless of the end date selected in the multi-day event. The following screenshot shows the email attachment as received and opened in Outlook, the end date is November 10th, where November 11th would be expected:
