Symptoms
The following error is seen in the Oracle HTTP Server logs when accessing a page associated with a mod_plsql application (while attempting to connect to an Oracle Database Server configured in the dads.conf file):

The HTTP-403, ORA-1017, and ORA-01017 errors may occur with any application deployed in an Oracle Fusion Middleware environment. This same issue and solution described in this document applies.
Changes
The Oracle Database Server may have been updated to latest Patch Set level, latest Patch Set Update, or latest Security Patch Updates.
