Symptoms

Using a code 3 of 9 barcode font to generate a value "GXLONG-DOCUMENT/ID-123456789" is detected in Recognition Server as:

"GXLONG-DOCUMENT)D-123456789"

The "/" character is being interpreted as an escape character and also consuming the "I" character to create the ")" character.
