Symptoms
Entering html code in the 'Reply Topic' in a topic of a Discussion in WebCenter Spaces returns a '#' instead of the html code.
This functionality worked prior to the WebCenter Spaces 11.1.1.5 version.
The following steps reproduce the behavior:
1. Log into WebCenter Spaces and navigate to a group space that contains Discussions.
2. Click on one of the topics.
3. Click "Reply Topic" and enter the html code:
The "mailto" value is removed and replaced with "#".
