UnsupportedEncodingException Occurs when Calling Service via RIDC (Doc ID 1510987.1)

Symptoms

 The following exception is thrown when trying to serialize a databinder in RIDC.

java.io.UnsupportedEncodingException: UF-8
at sun.nio.cs.StreamEncoder.forOutputStreamWriter(StreamEncoder.java:42)
at java.io.OutputStreamWriter.<init>(OutputStreamWriter.java:83)
at oracle.stellent.ridc.model.serialize.HdaBinderSerializer.serializeBinder(HdaBinderSerializer.java:188)
at demo.TestRIDCLOAD_WORKFLOW_QUEUE.main(TestRIDCLOAD_WORKFLOW_QUEUE.java:34)
