Goal

For a custom element having Custom Form Hyperlink created with Link to Content Item's url resolves into the entire context root url.

This is significant because each time a content item is opened, the links gets resolved and it needs to be setup again.  Other wise the resolved links gets saved in the content xml file which can be wrong if the path to the content file changes due to some metadata change or migration.
