Tuxedo TMA for SNA CRM Process on Mainframe Goes Down After Getting Error That CRM Log Not Available (Doc ID 1511418.1)

Symptoms

 When starting a Tuxedo Mainframe Adapter (also know as TMA) for SNA CRM process on the mainframe you may get this error messages :

Wed Dec 05 09:39:53.333 0001  Critical task failure Diagnostic dump follows:

SignalManager @25A65BF0, Dispatcher @25A6FD70
   flags: Installed|Blocked

   name: OUTCRM0, port=<port#>, trace=1
   flags: StackTraceOn|PollLink|RetryLink


and CRM goes down.
