Asset Event Listener not triggered on update to SitePlan Tree (Doc ID 1511585.1)

Symptoms

When a page is created, updated or deleted an AssetEventListener gets triggered and Page position in the SitePlan tree appears correctly. But when the page is moved/placed in the SitePlan tree, AssetEventListener is not triggered and an old Page position in the tree is returned instead of new Page position.
