Symptoms

GGSCI () 2> register extract ext1 database

2012-12-10 11:01:26  ERROR   OGG-01755  Cannot register or unregister EXTRACT EXT1 because of the following SQL error: OCI Error 4063. See Extract user privileges in the Oracle GoldenGate for Oracle Installation and Setup Guide.

All necessary grants were done and patches installed.

Customer Oracle DB is version 11.2.0.3.4 and patch 14812161.
