FMW 11.1.1.3, Solaris 10
This was an OID 11.1.1.3 install.
After adding an OVD component the opmnctl startall for the OVD instance started giving the message "Mangled server response: "
Doing an opmnctl status it shows that everything is up.

Changes

 Installed OVD in addition to existing OID component.
