WebCenter Content Cluster Won't Start Correctly After Installing Custom Components (Doc ID 1514132.1)

Symptoms

When content server 11.1.1.6.0 is configured for UNC paths, it fails to start and gives an error like the following.

 

Changes

 This issue happens when you use UNC paths to get to the shared file system and you have custom components that have to add files to the content server's classpath.
