Symptoms
The objective is to install and configure Forms / Reports 11g Release 2 (11.1.2)
The Middleware Home has been built using WebLogic Server 10.3.5. The 11.1.2 Forms/Reports binaries installed successfully, but the running of the configuration wizard fails during the 'Create Domain' step.
The install<date/time stamp>.out shows the following errors:
