Goal

1: For a stand-alone development environment, during the 'Sites System Type' selection of installation, do we select 'Development or Content Management System' or 'Delivery System'?
 
2: Will there be a need to install a Delivery System in addition to 'Development or Content Management' system in a standalone installation? Or can delivery system functionality be provided by 'Development or Management' System in a standalone installation?
