Symptoms

When trying to export the Master Repository, or a given Technology from the Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) Topology navigator in ODI versions prior to 11.1.1.6.x, the following error is observed:

Symptoms
Cause
 11G CASE 1. The error occurs because of an invalid entry in the Index Types section of Technology in question.
 11G CASE 2. This issue also could be because of Bug 14538962 - UNABLE TO DELETE A TEMP INTERFACE FROM A MAIN INTERFACE.
 12C CASE 3 cause is unknown, may be a corruption like the one described in 11G CASE 1.
