RP/TUX Tuxedo Event Broker Does Not Work For syslog Facility On Linux (Doc ID 1515083.1)

Symptoms

 On Linux, Tuxedo event broker does output information to syslog when TMSYSLOGD_FACILITY environment variable is set. This works on non-Linux platforms.
