Symptoms
Unable to synchronize data in Eclipse with CSDT plugin.
Receive "Error while getting the asset types from WebCenter Sites. Please make sure connection information is correct and you belong to the RestAdmin group."
Cannot New Template, New SiteCatalog Entry.
Receive "Error occurred while getting the list of ACLs information: GET http://hostname:80/sites/REST/acls?multiticket=ticket-string returned a response status of 403"
