Symptoms

MDS exception is reported WebCenter Portal server log.

 

No symptoms are shown in the user interface and the UCM linked Doc ID is shown as expected.

Changes

User accesses documents in a taskflow (content presenter or custom taskflows) added to a Portal page.
Exception is reported in the logs upon every access to the page.
