Getting NullPointerException Enabling Secure Admin on GlassFish 3.1.2 (Doc ID 1519384.1)

Symptoms

On GlassFish 3.1.2,  when attempting to run "asadmin enable-secure-admin" the following error occurs.

 

Changes

The GlassFish administration is change from the default File Realm to a custom LDAP authentication realm. The change to using LDAP for administration authentication was done by "asadmin configure-ldap-for-admin".
