Symptoms

After upgrading WebLogic Server to 10.3.6.0, a Sybase data source started to present exceptions in the logs. Additionally, when creating a non Oracle datasource with the same settings as an existing data source, the same exception occurred when targeting the datasource to either Administration or Managed Server.
