Symptoms

On Oracle iPlanet Web Proxy Server 4.0.20 and older, the URL Rewrite functionality (um-define-junction) creates cookies that are not secure.  Security scanner software has detected this as a security vulnerability.  How does one enable the cookies to be secure?
