Symptoms
On : 11.1.1.5.0 version, Content Server
When attempting to edit a table or associate it to a view after creating a table with several fields using configuration manager, it is found that the case of the column names changes randomly causing schema publishing to fail and the following error occurs.
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a table with several columns of mixed case using configuration manager
2. Publish Schema
3. Edit one of the columns or associate the table to a view
BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot reliably allow schema publishing to occur after making a change to a table's columns or associating it to a view
