differences of behavior between Tuxedo 6.5 and Tuxedo 11.1.1.2.0

on Tuxedo 11gR1 PS1 TA_FILTER doesn't affect T_APPQMSG CLASS result

As you see no difference between "RTN pkt(1)" and "RTN pkt(2)" output even if in the middle we specified a filter by line "+TA_FILTER      167778760".
