As of the end of December 2018 "Premier Support" has expired for the following products:

         Oracle WebCenter Sites (including Remote Satellite Server) / FatWire Content Server 11.1.1.8.0

 

As of the end of August 2018 “Premier Support” has expired for the following products:

Oracle WebCenter Sites (including Remote Satellite Server) 12.2.1.2.0

 

As of the end of October 2017 "Premier Support" has expired for the following products:

         Oracle WebCenter Sites  (including Remote Satellite Server) 12.2.1.1.0

 

As of the end of June 2017 "Premier Support" has expired for the following products:

         Oracle WebCenter Sites (including Remote Satellite Server) 12.2.1.0.0

 

As of the end of April 2016 “Premier Support” has expired for the following products:

Sustaining Support will be available for as long as you license your Oracle products.  With Sustaining Support, you will continue to receive technical support (including access to our online support tools, knowledge bases, and technical support experts), but some elements of Premier Support are no longer available.  

 

Products under Sustaining Support include these features:

 

• “New” Major product and technology releases

• Technical support

• Access to My Oracle Support

• Fixes, updates, and critical patch updates that were created during the Premier Support stage

• Upgrade scripts created during the Premier Support stage

 

Products under Sustaining Support do NOT include these features:

 

• New updates, fixes, security alerts, data fixes, and critical patch updates

• New tax, legal, and regulatory updates

• New upgrade scripts

• Certification with new third-party products/versions

• Certification with new Oracle products
