Symptoms

Sometimes the Forms application becomes unresponsive and the browser needs to be killed and the application restarted.
This does not occur every time but when it does it is because an alert (or a message, or any other modal window) is, or should be, displayed.


Changes

Using a recent Java plug-in version, or upgraded to Forms 11g, or networking conditions changing: As the causes are multiple, many changes can be involved.
