Indexer Fails To Index Documents With Russian Characters In Title Field (Doc ID 1525121.1)

Symptoms

When checking in documents with the following title, indexer fails. Error message given below. The width of Revisions.dDocTitle column is 255. The number of characters in the title is 189 but it reports that total number of character in the title is 317.
