When configuring a datasource with the LLR option enabled, if the specified database (for the LLR table) is located in a remote location, the server fails to come up with the following message:
The Server cannot boot unless all configured logging last resources (LLRs) initialize.
WLS is trying to create a table called "XXXABC.PQ.MN.WL_LLR_ADMINSERVER", where "root" is the DB user configured in the datasource. The user is actually "root" but since the connection is made from a machine 'ABC.PQ.MN' the final name is 'rootABC.PQ.MN'.
This issue is reproducible only in a remotely located MySql Server or Sybase Server. The issue is not reproducible when using a locally located MySql Server Database to create the LLR table.
